1General Terms & Conditions

BetBuzz is an online betting and gaming platform operated through the website betbuzz.fun. Throughout this document, "betbuzz," "we," and "our" refer to the operating entity behind BetBuzz, while "member," "you," and "your" refer to any registered user.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes by email or SMS. Continued use of the platform following an update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• BetBuzz is a legitimate betting platform operating under an international license.
• While the platform operates in both English and Bengali, Bengali-language support is prioritized for members based in Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, betbuzz's decision shall be considered final; however, members may submit an appeal.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on BetBuzz, the following conditions must be met. These are baseline eligibility requirements — failure to meet any one of them will result in the registration being considered void.

• Each individual may only hold one account — one device, one phone number, one payment method.
• The name, date of birth, address, and phone number provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) after creating your account is mandatory, particularly before your first withdrawal.
• Operating another member's account on your own behalf, or placing bets on behalf of someone else, is strictly prohibited.
• Never share your account login credentials (password, OTP) with anyone.

Once registration is complete, betbuzz will send an OTP to your mobile number. Your account will only be activated after you verify with that OTP. If you run into any issues, please contact our support team.

3Deposit & Payment Rules

BetBuzz currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments (from another person's account or number) are not accepted and any such deposit may be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please wait 30 minutes before contacting support.
• BetBuzz does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Betbuzz reserves the right to freeze any deposit if there are grounds to suspect criminal activity or money laundering.

4Withdrawal Rules & Process

Getting winnings to our members as quickly as possible is a top priority for betbuzz. Our goal is to ensure every hard-earned win reaches you without delay.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard members receive payment within 1–2 hours, while VIP Gold members and above are processed within 30 minutes.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳20,000 for standard members, and unlimited for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification, which is completed within 24 hours.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled before it is approved by betbuzz. Once approved, cancellation is no longer possible.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

BetBuzz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only and can be claimed once per person.
• Each bonus has a fixed claiming window. Once that window expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is still active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required on Sports Betting to contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Betbuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP cashback is credited every Monday by midnight and can be withdrawn with just a 1x wagering requirement.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery participation on BetBuzz.

• Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, no bet can be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If a match is cancelled, stakes will be refunded. However, if only the start time changes, bets generally remain valid.
• Odds fluctuations during live betting are normal. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is accepted will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betbuzz reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• In an accumulator bet, losing any single leg means the entire bet is lost. If one match is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining legs are settled as usual.
• If betbuzz's experts have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or manipulation on any bet, the payout for that bet may be withheld.

7Prohibited Activities & Penalties

To ensure a fair experience for all BetBuzz members, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to profit from bonuses by placing low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating two or more accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using betbuzz's odds as an opportunity to place opposing bets across multiple platforms in an attempt to generate risk-free profit.
• Technology Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or any automated technology to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform to launder illegal funds is a criminal offense.
• Support Abuse: Contacting the support team using abusive, threatening, or false information.

If suspicious activity is detected, betbuzz may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during this period.

8Responsible Gaming & Legal Matters

BetBuzz firmly believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a primary source of income. That is why we keep several tools active to help protect our members.

• If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your daily life, please contact support immediately.
• Under its Responsible Gaming policy, betbuzz may also proactively place temporary restrictions on a member's account.
• Once Self-Exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account or place bets — this is a legal requirement.
